Video Premiere / JELF – Burnt Book

jelfLondon based 18 year old singer-songwriter JELF has released his debut single Burnt Book on 27th January and today MGMB is extremely pleased to premiere the video for this track produced by Adem Hilmi (Florence + The Machine, Amy Winehouse, BabyShambles).

Featuring some magnificent vocals and impressive string parts, the video perfectly mirrors the eerie atmoshere of the song. The singer-songwriter who classes Florence + The Machine and Jeff Buckley as his main influences says: “I recorded the music video in a little town named Frome close to Bristol with a very talented producer/director Daniel Broadley. We took over an abandoned quarry for a day and used the amazing landscape for the shoot incorporating smoke bombs, confetti and the natural environment in freezing temperatures.”
